Private urban sanctuary made possible with the Kinley Terrace System
Set within Chelsea’s conservation area, Essoldo House is a unique and modern residential development. It is a collection of eleven residences including 3 duplexes, and 8 apartments with roof terraces.
The design required a support structure system to create a bespoke 4th-floor radial roof terrace. The architect specified Kinley's Raaft Support Structure System and Atria Porcelain Tiles to overcome the design challenges. Valley Provincial installed the products to create an elegant and practical outdoor space.
Placing the tiles in a fan-shape and allowing a shallow build-up was key. To overcome these challenges, Kinley cut the tiles so they could go around a curved corner. The slim Raaft structure system allowed for shallow build-up. The result is a complete roof terrace system that looks and performs spectacularly.

Installing Kinley’s Raaft Support Structure along with the Atria Tiles was easy and time-saving due to its unique fixing system. Its clean, modern looks and long lifespan has provided a high quality finish, ensuring the project’s success. The easy installation also saved us considerable time on site.
