To make your delivery work for you, you can choose from a number of special delivery services.
Special delivery arrangements such as timed delivery or FORS accreditation may incur additional costs. Please discuss your requirements with our customer service team.
Due to the consignment size of our products, delivery can only be to a construction site or depot. If there are any particular access instructions or restrictions for the delivery site, please speak to our customer service team.

Our standard quoted carriage charge is based on a standard one-off delivery between 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Separate deliveries will be charged for individually unless stated otherwise.
Delivery of the product may come direct from the factory. In the event of the agreed delivery date being delayed, storage costs may be incurred.
Standard stock items can be accepted for return providing they are in a re-saleable condition. A re-stocking charge will apply. Any special-order items, such as bespoke sizes or finishes, will not be returnable.

|Europe||Deliveries are made through a trusted distributor. However, it is possible to arrange either a direct Sea or Air Freight shipment on request.|
|USA||We recommend that you make your own collection arrangements. Delivery can be arranged by Sea or Air Freight on request.|
|Middle East||Deliveries are made through a trusted distributor. However, it is possible to arrange either a direct Sea or Air Freight shipment on request.|
