A key new feature is a roof garden for the sole use of the sixth-floor occupier, and landscape designer John Davies Landscape Architecture wanted this to be a garden in its truest sense. With the main roof terrace supplied by Raaft, there was a design requirement for a curved seamless edge between the artificial grass and tiles, where ResinEdge 18mm came into it's own.

The long awaited redevelopment of one of London's most famous icons has recently opened it's doors to the public. This Grade II listed building has been rejuvenated with new office spaces, living, shopping, eating and landscaping. Kinley were proud to be involved with the fantastic external landscaping.
