We know you need your landscape products on site on time. To make sure this happens, we’ve put together this handy guide with our standard lead times.

We hold many products in stock that are ready to ship, and we’re always happy to discuss product availability and delivery timescales when estimating or ordering.

Product Delivery and Lead Times

Here is a guide to the delivery options and timescales for our standard products. For bespoke orders, speak to your account manager for lead times and other special arrangements. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have a specific project deadline – we will always do whatever we can to work with our customers to deliver your project on time and on budget.

To provide an accurate quote for delivery, we need to know:

  • Site access and restriction details
  • Site contact name and number
  • Vehicle restrictions
  • Delivery booking requirements

Special Arrangements

To make your delivery work for you, you can choose from a number of special delivery services.

  • Custom size shipments
  • Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS), (standard on all London deliveries and available outside London on request)
  • Timed deliveries / booked site deliveries
  • Pre-9.30am, 10.30am and 12 noon deliveries
  • Pre-noon Saturday deliveries
  • Out of hours deliveries
  • Dedicated transport
  • HIAB or MOFFETT delivery vehicles
  • Tail-lift van (only available on pallets less than 2m long)
  • Flatbed truck
  • Special delivery arrangements such as timed delivery or FORS accreditation may incur additional costs. Please discuss your requirements with our customer service team.

Site Restrictions

Due to the consignment size of our products, delivery can only be to a construction site or depot. If there are any particular access instructions or restrictions for the delivery site, please speak to our customer service team.

Terms and Conditions

Our standard quoted carriage charge is based on a standard one-off delivery between 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Separate deliveries will be charged for individually unless stated otherwise.

Delivery of the product may come direct from the factory. In the event of the agreed delivery date being delayed, storage costs may be incurred.


Standard stock items can be accepted for return providing they are in a re-saleable condition. A re-stocking charge will apply. Any special-order items, such as bespoke sizes or finishes, will not be returnable.

Export Deliveries

We work with distribution partners around the world to delivery Kinley products where you need them. Here is the standard delivery information for destinations outside of the UK.

Europe Deliveries are made through a trusted distributor. However, it is possible to arrange either a direct Sea or Air Freight shipment on request.
USA We recommend that you make your own collection arrangements. Delivery can be arranged by Sea or Air Freight on request.
Middle East Deliveries are made through a trusted distributor. However, it is possible to arrange either a direct Sea or Air Freight shipment on request.
