Vetra brings architectural restraint and natural warmth to public realm seating, designed with the same engineering rigour as Kinley’s edging systems. Vetra’s silhouette is deliberately understated: slatted Iroko hardwood set into a folded 3mm steel base with concealed brackets. A 2mm radius softens every timber edge; the hardwood weathers to silver-grey if untreated, or holds its warm tone with annual oiling. Multiple configurations adapt the family to varied site needs.

The overhang variant cantilevers the seat beyond its base supports, lightening the bench’s visual weight and giving it a more dynamic profile. Specified in the plain configuration, the bench reads as a continuous folded steel form with no visible base footprint underneath the seating zone.

The plain Vetra removes the Iroko slatted top in favour of a continuous folded steel surface. The result is a more sculptural, monolithic piece that still reads as part of the Vetra family but with a sharper, more graphic visual line. Suits contemporary minimal schemes.
