A system, not a product — engineered modular units with seamless concealed fixings deliver planter-height borders across complex layouts, sloping terrain, and high-traffic landscapes from a single specification.

HiGrade reads as one continuous folded steel edge. A 40mm top fold strengthens the line and softens the silhouette; concealed internal bolt fixings remove all visible joinery. The result is a clean, architectural border that holds its form across straight runs, tight 300mm radii, and complex corner geometries.

Edging heights of 300 to 1200mm. 3mm steel construction with 100mm – 300mm footplate. Units supplied in 1200mm modules with straight, internal/external corner, and internal/external curve options. Class 1A fire-rated. 100% recyclable steel. Designed and manufactured in the UK to BS EN 9001.

HiGrade Circular End Cap

The circular end cap closes a HiGrade run with a smooth curved profile, picking up the same 40mm top fold and concealed fixings as the straight unit. The result is a deliberate, sculptural terminus that reads as part of the design rather than a cut edge.

Available in standard form and as Circular End Cap LD with integrated lighting. Compatible heights and finishes match the wider HiGrade family. CorTen, RAL 7016, or custom powder-coated finishes. Designed and manufactured in the UK to BS EN 9001.

HiGrade Tall (Straight Tall)

HiGrade Tall extends the modular straight unit beyond the standard height range while preserving the family's defining details: the 40mm folded top edge, concealed internal bolt fixings, and clean folded steel face. The result is a coherent extension of the system into taller raised-planter territory.

Tall variant available alongside standard HiGrade units in CorTen, RAL 7016, or custom powder-coated finishes. 3mm steel construction with reinforced footplate. Concealed internal bolt fixings. Designed and manufactured in the UK to BS EN 9001.

HiGrade Light Detail (LD)

HiGrade Light Detail integrates concealed LED illumination into the 40mm folded top edge of the standard unit. By day the planter reads as the familiar clean steel border; by night, a soft wash of light grazes the edge, defining pathways and planted areas without visible fittings.

Available across the HiGrade unit range (Straight, Corner, Curve, and circular end caps). Compatible heights and finishes match the standard HiGrade family. Specification of LED type, colour temperature, and IP rating to be confirmed at order stage based on project requirements.

HiGrade Light Detail (LD)

A factory-formed convex curve in folded 3mm steel with the signature 40mm top fold continuing through the arc. The geometry is set in production for consistent radii and a smooth finish across every external curve in the scheme.

Available in all seven HiGrade heights (300mm to 1200mm) and three finishes (CorTen, RAL 7016, custom). Minimum factory radius 300mm. 3mm steel construction with 100mm footplate. Designed and manufactured in the UK to BS EN 9001.

HiGrade Straight

A single 1200mm panel of folded 3mm steel with the signature 40mm top fold creating a refined line and concealed internal bolt detail at each end. Combine units end to end with no visible jointing.

Available in various heights in CorTen, RAL 7016, or custom powder coat. 3mm thickness, 100mm, 300mm footplate, 600mm length. Unit weights range from 6.48kg (300mm) to 12.96kg (600mm).
